Sifoam's patented, nonlinked, cross-sectional cut pressure distribution design and compressive properties enable Sifoam to conform to boney prominences without creasing or causing ridges.

ADHESIVE BACKING

Adhesive backed, allows the material to stay in place while it is custom fit. This custom fit prevents shearing and helps in the healing of compromised skin.

Sifoam, by its nature can provide a bonded padding to Spica casts, or allow you to move a contracted limb while the cast sets!
